  • Raynham Ma location went above and beyond to help me out on 10/12/17 and replaced my front and rear brakes. Problem was that I went to your Woonsocket RI location 3/5/16, spent $332.34 on rear brakes, which started grinding and not only needed to be replaced after 18 months with less than 15,000 miles, but rotors too! I know brakes don’t last forever but I would think they would last longer than that. I’ve never had to replace brakes annually before. So I’ve been kicking myself ever since I got my brakes replaced at one of your locations because I’m terrified I’m going to be in the exact same situation in about a year needing new brakes yet again. I probably could have gotten by a little longer on my 4 year old 62,000 miles front brakes but my newer brakes were unsafe to drive on and I was desperate. I’m not sure if they didn’t last because they were terrible quality brakes or there was a problem with the installation. Regardless of the reason, I’m extremely disappointed and hope I won’t be needing new brakes again next year.

  • Went to Monro located in Raynham, MA 02766. The manager to begin with was extremely rude. Lacking in any customer service. At this point I was concerned if I should leave but stayed hoping things would get better. They started changing my oil was concerned if I would get what I was paying for the synthetic oil change, tire rotation, brake and battery check. I went over to the open garage door did not go in the garage just watched from outside, was not told this but expect it may be against insurance liability to be in the garage. I asked the guy working on my car a couple of questions mostly because I had never seen under my car. Asked him stuff like what is that thing, had never seen it before. It was interesting. The worker answered my questions but also had nothing friendly about his manner. The he got the oil that would be put in my car. He refused to show me the containers just threw them in the trash. Then he lowered my car after the oil change and pulled it out of the garage. I went to the desk spoke w the manager asked him why I the worker did not rotate my tires. He said because I did not ask them to. The ad I found online was Oil change, Tire rotation, brake and battery check. I said to the manager sir I really thought it was the workers job to follow the ad. The manger screamed at me in front of other customers WHY DID YOU NOT TELL HIM THIS BEFORE HE BROUGHT IT OUT!!!. I said it is not my job as a customer to tell your employee/work how to do their job. Him being the manager should have told him. The manager screamed at me you were standing there watching him then accused me of being in the garage. Duh! if this guy the manager/clown was doing his job he would have done or been watching his employee insuring the customer was getting what they were paying for! It was not up to me as the customer to manage the employee/worker. I believe they did not put the correct oil in my car and I am going to have to change it myself and make sure the right o

  • the oil change for my wife's Volvo was 35.00 dollars higher than anyone in the area and you forgot to tighten the plastic shield underneath the car resulting in it scrapping along the ground ruining it. you also told her she needed 4 new tires and we took the car to another tire shop and they told use the tires just needed to be balanced and aligned ( which you said couldn't be done) and the car rides wonderful now.

  • The service rep Joseph Morra was great at the Raynham location. He did a synthetic oil change, rotated tires and welded my back mufflers into place because the clamps where rusted out. It took at 3 hours better he was a one man show working on helping everyone who came in finishing other people's cars and finishing my car. My Infinity M35 car run much better now and his welding was awesome. I inspected it with him and he did a great job. Joe Morra deserves a raise in my book!

I was ready to get in my car when he quickly jump out and said "No way you can't take it. I need to bring it back in to tighten the wheel and check the others. This is why I always double check my work." This could have been extremely dangerous to me or others on the road if I drove off with it. I've been a customer for a long time, but I'm not sure I want to go back for service there.
