  • I have used Monro Service for all needs with my car and I love their ability to look over every detail of the car. The guys are super friendly and help answer any questions I have. The only issue is that I dropped my car off early in the morning for a scheduled inspection with a stated time of 5pm to pick it up and it was not done until after 6pm. I would have liked it they took priority with getting my vehicle done the time it was scheduled to.

  • I took my year 2000 Land Cruiser on an early Sunday morning as there was a loud sound coming from the muffler. I was attended to by Shawn who was polite helpful and put my car up inspected it and told me the problem and what needed to be done. It was clear he went out of his way to help me even though I did not have an appointment. He obtained the part the next day and fixed the problem.

  • I was out of town on vacation (490+miles) and going 400 miles more the next day. My oil change light came on (unexpected) so I passed a monro's late on a saturday. They got my oil changed with all the extras before closing and were very nice about it. It save me lots of worry and potential harm to my engine.

  • Only needed to remove heat shield and they charged 1.5 hours worth of work claiming because it was behind the drive shaft that they had to remove the drive shaft to get it off. Which seam because they did reattach it just removed it. Also up-saled me a transmission service for 50% off the service.

  • HANK & the other workers are very friendly & like to make customers laugh about things. During the cold they have the heat turned on high & during summer they have air conditioning on. Sometimes when I have to come in the summer, I like to sit outside under a tree & listen to my music while they are working on my vehicle.
