They were able to schedule my appointment to get my vehicle in quickly and really worked with me in completing the transaction. I was even shown and told about the tires I had replaced and why the old tires were a ticking time bomb.   • I understand the difficulties in finding a vehicle problem. I would have rated higher because i like the people at this location however i had gone back multiple times for brake problems and each time i had to wait 3-5 days to get in because of a busy schedule. After spending 2500+ and the lost time and days of dealing with the problem with still no solution i gave up. The final time i was told it could be an additional 600.

  • I thought there was a problem with my brakes and brought it in. It turned out nothing was wrong, but the important thing is that they didn't try to tell me something was. They gave me a report of how my brakes are doing and suggested someday having the back brakes replaced. The printout also had the prices should I someday choose to do it. They were honest, friendly, and took me right away. I will 100% be returning when something is actually wrong with my car. You don't find honest mechanics very often and when you do, you have to hold onto them!

  • When I made the appointment, I made it clear that I needed a tire repaired or replaced and that I had to be on the road the next day. I left my car there all day, Thursday. I had to call to find out the status of my car. As of about 5 pm, it hadn't been touched. Then, I was told it needed a new tire and the only one they had was $200! I picked up my car. Goodyear replaced the tire the next morning. It only took an hour. The bill was just over $100. I should have gone to Goodyear to start with.

  • I showed up with a re-manufactured alternator to replace my bad one late on a Friday evening. It was explained to me that the next day, Saturday was fully booked but depending on how the day went, they might be able to fit it into their schedule to do the replacement. I left my car with them that night and got a call Saturday afternoon explaining that they could have it done by the end of the day and to go over the details of the repair with me again. Within 24 hours of going in to request a repair, I was driving away fully satisfied.

  • I dropped off my truck for new tires and when I went back to pick it up they handed me one of my lug nuts and said they could not get it back on because it was stripped. They said it was stripped when they took it off (but never called) which was impossible due to the way it was cross threaded. I had to pay another company 160.00 to fix what they broke. would not go back.

  • The manager was friendly, and educated about products relating to getting your car fixed right, and then takes time to explain problems and repairs. I never felt like I was pushed or pressured into something, every decision. was my choice and my choice alone. The tech that handled my car was steady and experienced in his job performance. One other there was a woman who came into the shop for some quick work and I noticed they staff didn't patronize her or talk down to her because she is a woman. Many places do stuff like that to women and it just makes me angry. So all these things together equal 5 stars thank you

  • 0 zero ripped off 4 four times on free tire rotation. No explanation given until after I paid and noticed it, feeble excuses why it wasnt done. Bad tires no wear etc. Funny from a place that sells tires? Ready to call local television station contact 6 on yhis on going scam. Not the only customer that day to notice.   • I greatly appreciate how I never get the feeling that they're trying to slips something past me, like how other shops have treated me in the past. I feel that because I am a woman who doesn't fully understand vehicles, I may be an easy target. Heck, I KNOW I'm an easy target due to other experiences - NOT at this shop though! They have never given me that impression and when they do have any diagnosis, it is explained to me in plain terms. Plus the rep I see each visit is a familiar face and has always taken time to go over the details with me in words I can understand. He will also walk me through recommendations, but doesn't pressure me to make any decisions. I feel I can truly trust their word. (Plus the little report card thing after an oil change is incredibly handy!)

I had an excellent customer service experience even when it got super busy, phones ringing, people walking in.   • Service tech got the front end alignment done in the time allotted, but after delivering my car, I found greasy handprints on the car at the rear wheel, the driver's door, and the hood. The steering wheel and shift knob were also greasy/dirty to the touch.
