  • I recently had a nail stuck in my tire and it was slowly leaking air. I was 30+ miles from home and was able to locate a Monro nearby my daughter's softball practice. The Manager, Eric, was so pleasant, polite and kind. He was able to patch my tire and send me on my way.

  • I took an online appointment and reached this location with a coupon delivered to my place. The coupon stated 4 Tyre Rotation, Battery Check, Brake Inspection and Tire Pressure check, along with Full Synthetic Oil and Filter change @ $54.99 all inclusive value without a drive card. After the service was done I got a bill for $76 and I was shock to see that. I can understand taxes are always extra but there are additional charges of some consumables which were never mentioned. Though, I simply paid the bill but I am completely dissatisfied with such an escalation in bill with no information to customer prior service. I shared my experience all my friends and suggested not to visit Monro Services ever. I just wanted to inform that by doing such practices you will loose your customers and business.

  • We recently brought my husband's van in for a front end alignment they met all out expectations. We recently found a bolt under his van and I drove by today to ask about what the bolt was and from where. They told me and made an appt the same day to fix his issue. We came back and after they examined his Van and to our amazement they told us it did not in fact come from his van. His van is still intact and they were So honest. A lot of places would do what they wanted and take our money and we would never know the difference. They know we have a family and they always show they care. I definitely would recommend this place to everyone I know.
