  • I took my car into Monro's because the breaks were making a grinding noise. First of all they were able to fit me in for an appointment quickly and they are efficient once I arrived at the shop. Once they looked at the breaks they were very honest with me and showed me that my breaks were in good condition. They explained the possible reasons for the grinding and sent me on my way without charging me for the check. I was very happy with how kind the staff was to me!

  • I went there . My tyre was flat. They not even bothered and completly changed my type. Tyre was only puncture by a niddle. I went to small garage they took 15 dollar and fixed my tyre. These monro guys completely replaced my type and charged 160 dollars. I will not suggest No Go To Monro. Very bad service .

  • Oil cap missing after oil service. I left car in parking lot due to smoke from oil spilling over. Lucky I just went for a short drive. Paid for tow and taxi out of pocket. Not sure if I will return for any service after incident. Returned car for new oil cap. Not sure if car was cleaned inside after oil spilled. I cleaned oil from battery afterwards. Big disappointment.

  • Made an appointment to get my front brakes done and they did a fantastic job. They called me three or four times to ask me how I wanted the job done, which is a rare quality for service centers. I'm never asked to buy anything I don't need; ever after asking to check the brakes I was told everything was good. Coupon for $19 oil change was accepted, came to $27 after taxes and fees. No grease or grime left behind in the drivers area. Will definitely return for future service needs.

Surprisingly, the fix was extraordinarily simple and didn't cost nearly what I had been quoted in other places. I have three vehicles that I bring in for regular oil changes and tire rotations. The service is impeccable and the workers always treat me like I'm there only customer. The rep explained the two different types of oil that could be used and didn't talk down to me! He was very pleasant. When my car was completed I was told that I would be needing front brakes very soon, but they were still ok for now.
