  • I had the most excellent service at this location. I believe his name is Kevin whom is the manager at this location. Very knowledgeable and fix my cars front end. i had to call him personally and tell him that my car hasn't drove like this since i bought it. Although it was a used vehicle when i purshased it. I just thought it was supposed to ride like that. The issue was that it needed a bearing. Anyway my car is definitely fixed now. I'm so pleased with my whole experience.

  • Took one of our cars in for a simple oil change and 11 miles later the engine died!!! Checked oil... none! Took it back to Monro and the next morning oil mysteriously been added to the tank. Had our mechanic check it and he agreed that the engine failed due to no oil, Monro's adjuster also agreed. Monro's insurance said it was our word against theirs. Monro repeatedly lied. One mechanic said, "Not sure why this is a problem. The last time we sent a car out of here without oil, the insurance company replaced the engine." We documented every conversation. Cars do not die by accident immediately after an oil change!! DO NOT TRUST MONRO!!

  • Really like the idea of the "Drive Card" with really good discounts. $9.99 for an oil change / Tire Rot / misc others. "Bill" the sales manager / staff person bends over backwards to make you want to come back. Waiting area just a step up from a grunge car repair shop - no TV, no coffee / Keurig, few tables, no power outlets for tablets / laptop.

  • My experience started when calling to see if I could bring my car in for an oil change about 40 min later. I was told that I could, but if something else came in, they would "have to take it". Doesn't Monroe schedule appointments, aka what I was just trying to do? I did bring my car in but then was kind of asked to pick it up the next day, which was a bit annoying as it's a pretty big ask to have someone out of a car for the evening/next morning. I said that no I would pick it up. As a sidenote, while it wasn't a problem for me, I was then told that they were not closing at 7pm as their listed hours say, but 6:30pm (it was a Friday). Finally, I tried to use a coupon that stated a $9.99 oil change only to be surprised at check out that the advertised price was only if you used/signed up for the Monroe credit card, per the tiny fine print. The same associate I had been dealing with throughout this experience turned the coupon around to point to the tiny print and "prove it". Obviously this is not the first time I have been had by fine print, I believe you and don't need you to prove it but thanks for rubbing it in and acting like it's not clearly, intentionally misleading. While the location of this store is convenient for me, I certainly have no loyalty as a result of this experience, so if/when I find a better option, I'll take it because why deal with less than helpful associates and misleading coupons?

Mike was so pleasant and accommodating when I explained I needed an oil change that day since I was going on a long trip the next day. He told me to bring it right in and he would take care of it. He sure did! He was so nice and professional. I found my new garage! I highly recommend to others.
