  • Originally scheduled a free inspection. Had a coupon for some extra free stuff (tire rotation, brake check, etc.) The tech was not interested in fulfilling this coupon - said they didn't have time for that. After explaining that I needed my brakes checked, he then offered me the general inspection for $25 and proceeded to say, "Well we do have time for that since you're our last customer." Then after completion of the inspection he presented me with an estimate - over $400 of work that he said was required for my vehicle to pass state inspection. But then changed his tune once I pointed out some things that I knew were not required. (Don't treat me like I don't know anything b/c I'm a female) So, all in all, I appreciated them looking over my vehicle, but did appreciate the way I was treated me up until I decided to become a paying customer. Don't offer free services if you are not willing to fulfill the requests for them. Needless to say, I will not be getting the required work done with this company.

  • Oil change gone bad. I had my oil changed on my 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Drove home and next day all the oil was on the floor of my garage. Manager was a stand up guy. The company took care of the incident with the up most professional response. They have a customer forever.

  • We were told we needed all 4 rotors and brake pads replaced on our 2013 Kia Soul with 48K miles. The next day, while driving on a major highway, a bolt fell off. We returned with the car and they fixed it. Two months later, while having our car inspected, we were told the two front rotors were not new. Again, we had to return the car and they replaced them this time, we assume.

  • This is the second time I had told the guy at the desk I was having a wiring issue going on with my tail light, and the second time they replaced a bulb, didn't tell me they were replacing it, and sent me on my way. I've replaced too many bulbs in the last 8 months for it to just be a bulb. Luckily, one of the mechanics stepped in and said he would personally look at it.

  • I simply wanted a new muffler on,it took over 4 hours and wasn't done properly. The mechanic never fixed his welds,just through putty on it. Ended up leaking the next day and instead of welding it correctly they just put more putty on.. Definitely not happy with that job.

  • It took two hours for a normal oil change. Two days later I was called for them to tell me there was a possibility my lug nuts hadn't been tightened properly. The man doing my oil change kept going on the computer looking up things not pertaining to my truck

  • Asked how long it would be. Told hour to hour and a half. 90 min. later, I get a call to confirm a switch taking off my winter tires. I show up, thinking it's almost done. Car is still up on rack. 45 min. later, they take it down to switch tires. They then lower it all the way, and I finally see the oil being put in. Ridiculous.
