  • Was suppose to be full service but all they did was change the oil . When I pulled in they were not doing much . Took me right in . Was not happy at all with the service . And I will not be going back no time soon . They should have gave me a full service because that is what I paid for . They changed the oil and backed my van out and it was done . I ask the guy if he was going to rotate my tires and he said we can do that . Should of been done with out me asking him to do that . Never checked my breaks never checked air presser and I don’t think they grease it either . My car was the only car in the shop at the time .

  • I had a state inspection and routine maintenance for 80000 miles. I had to explain the service manager repeatedly about my concerns but still his response was not good. After the service was done I asked him if all my fluids and tire rotation was done, he said it should have been done because he did not do it. I checked and the tires were not rotated. Now I dont believe if my fluid levels and engine was checked properly.

  • Attempted to schedule an appointment online thru Monro's website for the Lemoyne, PA location. They never acknowledged or called me to confirm it. When I phoned them to follow-up, they acted like they knew nothing about it. Acted as if they could care less whether they scheduled me or not for my 2016 Honda Pilot. I guess they didn't need or want my business.

  • On Sunday 08/13/2017 had appt. for inspection and emission. After 1 hour was told emission computer was down probably from lightning strike the night before.Wasted my time. Rescheduled on 08/19/2017 went to garage #199 for inspection and emissions. My 2004 GMC Envoy failed inspection because of Stabilizer links in front being bad. I said I would do the work myself. Got charged $60.50. Invoice # 126480. Last inspected with 132,297, now in with 136,644. Under the 5,000 miles. Should have been charged only $18.95 for Emission & $18.95 for Inspecton. Made appt. then for reinspect on 08/22/2017. Passed inspection. Invoice # #126512. I asked about exemption and Tim told me those were old prices. Well it was not Tim Strong that did it , it was Mike Byrnes that charged me that last time. Looking for refund

  • I am deeply, deeply disappointed with my most recent Monro experience. Went in for routine work and inspection. Only to be told three new struts were needed to pass inspection due to damage and malfunction. I asked that they only do the back two as I held an active warranty through Nissan for the front right. They completed the work and did not pass it for inspection as a result of the front right still requiring work. I took it to Nissan and much to both my and their dismay, there was nothing wrong with the front right strut. I immediately felt betrayed and taken advantage of. Nissan subsequently did my inspection for FREE and passed it. I immediately went to the Monro shop to speak to the manager. He was caught off guard and said he would speak to the tech. who was unfortunately out of the office. He confirmed he would call me in two days. He never contacted me and I had to reach out to him. He made a claim that his techs found fault in both struts and supported them. I did not accept this, and left it with him that I would be contacting the Better Business Bureau to file a complaint in addition to contacting his superior. His tone quickly changed and he said he would speak to the local manager and get back to me within two days. NOTHING. I again had to reach out only to find he was on vacation. The current temporary manager said he would contact the branch manager and I would get a call. It's been two days and still nothing. What kind of operation are you running in Lemoyne, PA? This leadership and customer service has been downright pathetic. I want answers, and better yet, compensation and a supervisor to contact me directly. A complain will soon be filed to the Better Business Bureau in addition to a suit through my lawyer if this is not resolved. At this point, it is all about the principle and making sure you never cheat any client out of $400 again. I will not go away. I tried remaining patient throughout the process but have been blown off entirely.

  • The service was great - The pricing was not. I asked for the price when they called I was told one price. When I picked it up it wa $50 more. I was told the oil change was not added and the could not discount it any more :( so I ended up paying more than quoted and expected :(

  • My alternator went out 2 months after they put in a brand new one. Took it back on a Saturday morning because it was still under warranty. Was suppose to be done by Sunday noon. They had my car until Monday 4pm. I had to keep calling them, they didn't call me with any updates. When they said they would call me back they never did! Then when I picked up my car Monday evening my car was damaged. My hood was bent and I had scratches on the side. When I went inside to confront them about the damage they didn't want to provide me with who was working on my car, nor any other information as to how they can make it right. They just gave me the manager's name and said that he'll be in that Thursday. I went back that Thursday in between jobs, went inside and asked for the manager. He went to the back, came back and said that the manager was finishing his lunch and that he'll be right with me. I waited outside for 15 minutes and the same mechanic comes to me and says "Hey, are you available tomorrow around the same time because our market manager will be here and then we can fix the damage to car". Which is them CLEARLY admitting that they know they messed up my car! I told him no and that I just wanted to speak with the manager for 5 minutes, that's all. He said ok, and went back inside. 5 minutes later a different mechanic comes to me and says "Hey, you might be waiting another hour or so before the manager gets because he's on lunch and he left. He went to meet up with the market manager for a meeting "...!?!?!? So I told him "then why would the other mechanic tell me that he'll be right with me??" He said "I don't know but the manager is not here. If you want, I can take your number down and have him call you when he gets back." CLEARLY they were giving me the run around which is very unprofessional! And the manager STILL has not called me and all this happened a week and a half ago!!!.. RIDICULOUS. Worst customer experience EVER! Something needs to be done about this..!

  • I called for oil change and inspection. Advised I had a window problem i'd like diagnosed and fixed at the same time so I was willing to do overnight drop off. Dropped my car off as discussed. Received the call my car was complete asked about what was wrong with the window, never looked at it. Told me they'd order the part and have it done the next afternoon. I got another car that Monroe couldn't do the fix to my window. I honestly felt like it was too much work or they didn't know what was really needed to be done.

  • I have been going to this Mono for over 25 years. They opened late after twenty five minutes after my 8 a.m. appointment. no real explanation. The oil cahnge and tire rotatiooon was then done in a timely manner. At the end I turned my coupon in for a $9.95 oil cahnge to find out tht what they ahd sent on email was only valid if you had a ride card. Well what is a ride card. I then found out that you had to have applied and gotten a credit card. WHAT A BIG RIP OFF> You area customer for 25 years and then get some shaninigans pulled by the corporate. right after the place had gotten back straight after a prior manager problem. Nothing up in the place about a ride card what a way to ripoff off the regular customer! I wrote corporate did not get the respect of at least getting a reply. WELL and corporate wonders why most people just vote with their feet. then you are asked to fill out a survey where someone may win a card who does you never no so what good is it to the average customer. It would be much better to give one fairly large prisz and a bunch of small ones like five additional dollars off next oil change besides any regular coupon. free oil change, etc. Oh Well, I don't get paid the big bucks at Corporate. BUT CORPoRATe really forgets who pntributes to their getting big bucks!
