  • Warren and Will always go above and beyond to make my visits enjoyable. They are very thorough and if I do not understand they take me to my vehicle and show me what they are talking about. I have been to other shops where I scheduled an appointment and that meant nothing but Warren always makes sure he sticks to the scheduled times and if there is going to be a wait he informs me when I arrive. I live in Pottsville and even though there is a Monro close, I prefer the drive to Lebanon because of the quality service they give me.

I've never felt they were trying to sell a service and no one can beat their oil service charges. When possible, they make a best effort to get you scheduled at your convenience. When you have questions, they're knowledgeable enough to give accurate, appropriate answers in such a way as to help you make an informed decision regarding service needs for your vehicle.

  • I have been using Monroe to perform this service for many years without complaint. But... There is a new manager at the store I frequent. He has taken upon himself to not perform the Tire Rotations. I left it go the first Oil change since he took over but the second - just over 4,000 miles later, had me upset. I was able to verify that they had not been moved by the amount of brake dust on the front wheels. Since I was not at the store during the service, it called into question the other servers included in the Lube, Oil change, Free tire rotation that we wanted. He did offer to rotate the tires upon out return to the store, which we did. When I questioned the validity of the other services, he offered to re-lubricate the chassis, and did so. For our trouble, we did get a hand written coupon on our bill for a free service next time. I am not sure why the tire rotation is something of an issue. Can the customer keep track of when the tires need rotated?

  • Oil change was done. Made an appointment online and still had to give same information I gave when making an appointment and still had to wait so in essence it was like walking in. Making an appointment online did not help. Wanted to use a coupon I had from Monro but was unable according to employee.

  • Lebanon, PA. manager yells at employees and is very mean to them which is unprofessional. The employees put the wrong VIN number on my registration sticker, so I had to go back and get a new one. They did not apologize for their mistakes. Nobody said thank you! Will never go back there.

  • The last time I went I had a very bad experience, didn't even get serviced, though I had an appointment, and they sent me a $100 coupon. By the time I was ready to give them another shot, that coupon had expired. I went in and asked for a full synthetic oil change. During the process,one of the employees came back with lunch for the other employees, which they continued to eat while working on my car, pizza hanging over the engine of my car. I mean his head leaning over the front over my car, under the hood with a big old slice of pizza dangling out of his hand. After the oil change my car started stuttering upon acceleration; I looked at the sticker they put in the windshield and they had marked the conventional oil box.. When I called to ask about this, the gentleman on the phone became defensive and argumentative very quickly. While they confirmed that they did put the correct oil in, but checked the Wong box on the sticker, and the stuttering problem in my car was not a result of their work, the customer service left much to be desired.

  • I was able to drop my car off, and in very little time my oil change was done. The service manager informed me of things that would require attention in the future (i.e. Tires, brakes). The price of the service was better than competitors.

The store manager called me and gave me a complete list of issues and a firm cost to complete the repairs. When I picked up my vehicle the bill was exactly the same amount, no surprises.   • Came in because of noise and vibration. Rotors were warped and replaced. During that job discovered that brake pads were cracked from heat. Those were replaced under warranty, but the labor was my responsibility, Both jobs were simultanious, so they did not additional labor for rotor replacement. Good example of why they are source of all exhaust, brake and tires for all my vehicles.
