  • I had to give one star because they do not have option for 0 stars. It is money longing auto service. You do not buy the suggested products and they will leave the car with no service. I had changed all 4 tires and apparently TPMS sendor was not working. I said leave the sensor and they left the car with Wheel balancing. So i went again and said can you get it done and they now come back saying that other parts of the car are not wokring which i had no issues with old tires. How can you not perform Wheel balancing when you have changed the tires? How can you tell the other parts are bad and if they were why was i informed before changing tires? I dont even know if i can get it sued.

  • I was so pleased with the service I received today. The serviceman was courteous, honest, respectful, and knowledgeable. I brought my car in today to be inspected tomorrow and they inspected my car today and was able to pick it up in 2 hours! I recently went to another service center (Valvoline in Trooper) and they told me I needed a new battery, turns out my battery is in excellent working condition as I found out today...sure glad I got another opinion.

  • Eric, the Assistant Manager was absolutely amazing. I came out to head to work only to find that I had a flat. I work 3 jobs and I depend on my car very much! I stopped in Monro since I saw sale signs for tires. I was hesitant at first because I stopped in about 2 years ago and the man I talked to was so rude I vowed to never return. But not only was Eric kind to me, he was kind to every person who walked in. That is the true definition of customer service! I went in looking to only get my tires plugged, I ended up getting 4 new tires!

  • To make long sorry short, my a 2011 Mercedes S550 was working 100% and should have passed without fail for state inspection. When I brought i to Monroe to be inspected they failed my car because "one fog light in the taillight was not functioning." They requested that I should go to the dealer which is 45 minutes from my house to get it fixed. I'm not a mechanic so I assumed that the light wasn't working. So now driving on a put of date inspection sticker I had to wait for an appointment with the dealer. Once I wasted a whole day driving to the dealer they told me that my light are functioning correctly and that Mercedes designs their tailights in this way that only the driver side taillight fog light functions and that my car is fine. So now I had to drive all the way back to Monroe in Collegeville and waste more time and wait for Monday cause they couldn't get me in to give me the sticker. Once I got back to Monroe they still were refusing to give me the sticker cause the store manager didn't understand that the fog light was not a functioning light by design. He tried saying that the light is not working and I explained to him that it never will work this is just how they design the car. Still refusing to give me the sticker which I already paid for on a car that was working and in compliance with state law, I decided to call a Mercedes deal with Collin(store manager). We called three separate dealers that all confirmed this is how the car was designed that only the driver side tailight fog light is functioning. Collin was still in willing to give me the sticker even after speaking with 3 different Mercedes dealership service departments. So I decided to ask Collin(Monroe Collegeville store manager) for the regional manager number to call in regards to this matter because there was nothing wrong with my car. So i was sitting in the parking lot calling the store manger and he ran out the door and told me he would pass my car and gave me the sticker. NEVER AGAIN!!!

  • I made an appointment online for an oil change and it was confirmed quickly. I showed up and waited about 15 minutes for them to complete the oil change then I was done! They gave me some recommended things to take care of and even highlighted them on the receipt which I like. Overall fantastic service.

  • I have been a long time, loyal Monro customer and took all my vehicles to the Wilkes-Barre location for years. I am also a Monro credit card holder as well. I recently moved down to the Collegeville area and needed 4 new tires. I received an online price quote for the special "Buy 3, get 1 Free" for $118.99 per tire for the Economy tires and proceeded to schedule my appointment online with the Collegeville location. The next day, the manager Cullen called me and advised me that they only had the Economy tires at their Phoenixville location but that he had Kelly tires for a better price. I agreed (without asking what the new price would be assuming it would be lower than the $118.99 quote) and proceeded to bring my vehicle in. Once there, I was told by Cullen that the best he could do was $136.99 a tire and that the online quote was incorrect. He convinced me they were worth the extra money and I agreed to the installation. He then asked me if I needed anything else done and I requested he check my brakes and to please ensure an alignment check was done (as promised with all new tires) because there as some irregular wear on the front and I didn't want this to happen to the new tire. I dropped off at 4:30 and was advised it should be done in an hour, hour and a half. I returned at closing time (7pm) and was advised it would be another 30 minutes because they had been very busy. Upon checkout, I was advised that they did not have time to perform the free alignment check and that I could always come back another day. Also, I was told that the technician did not perform the brake check and then he proceeded to try and guess what the thicknesses would be based upon my current mileage. I felt very rushed and did not feel my needs were being met, especially with safety issues (brake and alignment) after such a large purchase. I will not be coming to this location in the future and will look to get my “free alignment check” at another location if possible.
