  • I was able to make a same day appointment online and they accepted the coupon for the synthetic blend oil change. the car seems to be running fine, and I appreciate that other routine checks are included. the only reason for four stars instead of five is that the wait time ended up being an hour and 15 minutes instead of the 45 minutes I was told.

  • I have been bringing my car to Monro for the last five years due to becoming fed up with the high costs and lack of transparency from dealerships. I was lucky to meet Randy and the crew at my local shop in Blue Bell, PA and have never looked back. Their integrity in diagnosing your problem and not pushing “extra” services keeps me coming back. Anytime I have a question, it’s explained thoroughly or I am even show the part in question to verify the issue before proceeding. They have actually restored my belief that there truly are a few honest mechanics left!

  • Aside from my oil change appointment, Randy looked into the tread of my tires and checked my break pads as well. He explained when I should get new tires, and new break pads (before my next inspection). During my inspection, a previous mechanic at another local auto shop told me I needed breaks immediately and tried to charge me over $600. I couldn’t be happier with the quality of service that Monro Muffler offers, and Randy is a main reason why.

After learning that my regular garage closed unexpectedly, I did a Yelp search for mufflers and found this business. I called and Dan told me to bring the car right in.   • Everything was completed. I had a 930 appointment for my inspection. Told the guy I would like to have the car back in the afternoon. I called at 3 and they hadn't brought the car in yet. Ended up finishing the car around 430. They called to let me know and i asked if they could change the oil while they had it on the lift. They said no problem. Picked the car up after work around 630. Disappointed with the time it took to get to my car, but happy with them accepting the last minute oil change.

  • i came in for a Broken Resonator pipe assembly on my ancient 95 Honda Odyssey. A Clean break at the resonator joint. Randy (manager / Tech), after checking the car also alerted me to a cracked (Front) engine mount The Cracked Engine mount which may have been the cause of the exhaust break. Got that fixed also. A mysterious 'clunk' which i had on starting disappeared after the engine mount replacement. Very pleased with the work done and the staff.

  • I have my basic oil changes for both my cars as well as inspections done here. They do a good job of inspecting things and letting you know where basic wear on tires and brakes stand. They never try to offer me something I don't need. I get SEMI SYNTHETIC at $35 with coupon which also include the tire/brake checks and a tire rotation. Although I get tire rotations for free from Creamery it is great to save time since it is included. Monroe has coupons all the time and they also honor competitors coupons with 5% off of that.

Well, my 2004 Vibe was the first car due for state inspection/emissions and I am very happy to have found the Blue Bell location for Monro Muffler/Brake & Service. I also had my full synthetic oil change and tire rotation done at the time of service. The technicians gave me detailed explanations of the need for new rear brakes.   • Had a baffling 'slow leak' in my tire. They found and fixed it. It was a miniscule air leak at the rim, which showed up only when the tire was under 'load' . (When the tire was put back and the weight of the car was on the tire). Nick was the acting manager that day. I have been to this Monro before for other service and repairs.
