  • My car would not start and I brought my car to get fix. They figured out it was a wire that had melted and replaced it. Worked for one day and now it will not start again. I like the staff there. Very friendly and honest. My car is old and I think it is ready for greener pastures. If it wasn’t 14 years old, I would have taken it back to see if they could repair it. I just don’t want to waste any more money on it. Even though this last visit didn’t turn out well, I highly recommend them.

  • Unfortunately, I will not be going back to my locoal Monro. I'd even be saving money to go back to them, however I'll spend my money elsewhere. I took my car in to get inspected. It did not pass inspection, which I was fine with. When he told me what I would need repaired to pass, I kindly told him I would not be getting that done today and would come back during the week for the inspection. I thought it was very rude and unprofessional when he asked me "why?". I was honest and said I would like to take it to a family friend who replaces these specific parts first, to get his opinion. I thought it was even more rude when he said "so you lied to me?". No, I was actually going to give you my inspection business when I returned with the fixed part. I could tell he was not happy with me not accepting to go with the $600 repair, and then told me how he's going to charge me anyways for the rejected inspection. Oh and if I come back to them after I get my repairs, I would be charged again and might not pass my "low tread tires" in a few days even though he passed them today. I have always been very appreciative and kind to any maintence worker as I know what a strenuous job it is as my grandfather retired from that line of work. This was the first experience I've ever been in where I've felt very disrespected as a woman and customer.

  • I've been visiting this location for years. I can't recommend this store enough to others. Whether I'm just getting my snow tires mounted for the winter, an inspection, or a full exhaust, both the techs and the managers have always been good to me. Steve is beyond exceptional. He's straightforward and honest with pricing. On top of that, they've always been willing to work with my schedule to fit me in. I've honestly been treated as a valued customer, and I'm writing this review to show my appreciation for the "above and beyond" service that I've received. It's rare in this day in age (and in ANY trade) to have an honest, knowledgable mechanic that takes pride in their team and work ethic. I'll happily drive the few extra miles to go to this Monro location before I go elsewhere. Thanks, Steve.

  • I just wanted to let you know that I will never be using your services again! I have been a loyal Monro customer and after today I'm done! I had an appointment to get my car inspected where I took the day off work and appointment time was at 8AM at your Bridgeville location, I got there at 8AM sharp and the front desk guy said that the tech broke his arm and was in physical therapy and won't be in till 10AM. I said ok I will come back at 10. Come back at ten to find out the tech called off for the day, yet I did not get one single phone call informing me! Then he called someone at another Monro 5 miles a way and I had to go there. Then they said I needed a certain part repaired and it costs 1000!!!!!!! Who the hell has 1,000 dollars just burning a hole in their pocket! I had already taken the day off work and I cant afford to take another one so I told them to go ahead and do it but this is the last time! Every time I go down there its a problem with this or that. I only drive the car less than 10,000 miles a year and its an 09 and only has 67,000 miles on it! How bad of a shape can it be where it cost 1,000 to repair!? Your techs and prices are a total ripoff!

  • Good guys. However, needed 4 new tires and they ended up being Yokohama versus Michellens. Secondly, drove vehicle on Easter Sunday to Grandma's on the highway and experienced a terrible vibration- yup- had to go back today for them to be balanced again. Guys were great in doing the work again- but it did not have to be that way.

  • Came for a state inspection. I had to have my headlights restored, they wanted to charge me $200+ for something I could do for $25. I completed the restoration, brought the vehicle back within 2 hours and they wanted me to pay for another full inspection. I complained about the fairness, threatened to cease all business, and then the office manager relented and charged me nothing but the price of the stickers. That was fair.

  • I made an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. They were able to take my car in on time. I was able to leave 35 minutes later. The employees were polite and courteous. I couldn't ask for more than that.

  • I made an appointment for an oil change for 10:00 on 2/18. My car was taken back at 10:37 and I didn't leave until 12:15. In addition to the oil change I asked to check my one tire (which I bought all 4 at this location) that keeps leaking. They found a small nail in it and fixed it. When I asked if there was a problem with my car I was told by the manager that they couldn't figure out which oil filter to use and there were 15 to choose from. I said to use whatever was in there because they have changed my oil in this car for almost 4 years now and they changed it last. I also asked wasn't the filter listed in my file and I don't even know what the response was. After I left there I got home (about 10 miles away) and drove another 5 miles when my car died as I was going up a ramp to an interstate. The car barely made it up the ramp and would barely go over 40 mph. My husband came to where I stopped and found the hose that connects the turbo to the motor was off. Apparently it was somehow touched and moved while they were trying to figure out what oil filter to use. I will try another Monro Muffler store to see if there is any difference but will not be back here.
