  • Scheduled my appointment online the night before and was accommodated with my first choice of times. Arrived on time and got prompt and friendly greeting by service manager. After describing that I wanted the $19.99 oil change (per online coupon), he surprised me by counter offering a $14.99 oil change because he says it is advertised on the front window! I love honesty and integrity! Online, the $14.99 deal required the use of a Monroe credit card, which I don't have. The service was fast (ready in 1 hour as promised) and the courtesy safety checks were an added bonus. Tire tread and pressure were checked. I did a 24 hour round trip road trip the following day and noticed my engine was running smoother and my gas mileage improved. Thanks Monroe!

  • This particular Location has some definite ways they can improve the way they interact with their customers. I had a bad experience last time I brought my vehicle in for an oil change. But I thought I try again because sometimes people just have off days. However the experience this time was equally if not worse for me customer service perspective. I had a coupon for a free tire plug. I thought I would use that coupon and give the chance for Munro to earn business with my brakes and tires. The quote for brakes and tires took way too long and truthfully I didn’t have a lot of confidence as the gentleman that presented the estimate to me mixed up my paperwork with other vehicles. Additionally he quoted me $35 for the “free “tire plug? When I said I thought this was free? He came back and said oh it’s only $12? At that point and after waiting for two hours for a tire plug and a quote I felt I should just pay the $12 and go. Hopefully someone read this review and can possibly help this location to pay better attention to their customer service. Thank you

  • Stopped in for a free brake inspection, store manager walked me into the shop to show me what was causing the screeching. The front brakes were rusty and in need of cleaning and lubrication. He gave me an estimate on the time and cost of the service. Both reasonable despite the fact that I'm always in a hurry. I mentioned this and wanted to schedule the service for tomorrow, the store manager said he understood give him a moment and he'd do his best to make it happen quicker. The store manager joined the mechanic In the shop and both are right now working on my vehicles brakes. That my friends is customer service.

  • Service was good,. bit I've always paid between $9.95 - $19.99 for an oil change. Now I'm forced to get your credit card to get those prices or pay a $10 or more surcharge? By the time taxes and surcharges were added, I pad $33 for a freaking oil change. I'll likely look for a better offer when I'm due for my next one. I've been a loyal Monro customer for six years. I'm about due for a battery and breaks but I'll go somewhere that I'm not forced to sign up for their credit card to get a decent price.

  • I got an oil and a tire rotation. I also told the manager about a strange noise coming from my steering wheel on occasion. They inspected the car and found a leak in a seal. I was given an estimate for repair but not pushed to have the repair done immediately. I greatly appreciated the not pushing aspect of the estimate. I will more than likely have the car repaired at the shop because I trust the people who work there to be fair and honest.
