At that appt, the asst mgr had the wrong tires put on. When I realized it, I went back, and they put the write tires on, but they couldn't change the invoice, so I had to go back a 4th time.

He called on each of our cars when they found issues and explained what needed to be done and why, never pressuring us. He was one of the most genuine people I’ve met in this town (just moved here) and I will be taking my car to this location in the future because of him.   • I have never been into a Monro store prior to yesterday. I had just come back from another auto shop and they told me I needed full rotor and pad replacement; cost $811.00. I happen to drive by the Monro store in and they had a sign saying, "Brake Sale". I decided to stop in and see if the would take a look at my breaks.David Huffman and John Farley, were great! Not only did they take my care right away to do the check up, with no appointment, my breaks were fine. John went through all the details and gave me a report of his findings on my breaks. I am so grateful for this shop. I recently lost my job due to downsizing, so the $811 wasn't exactly in my budget. Thank you David and John for all your help, you made my day!!

  • I was quoted a price over the phone, and yes i understand things can change if need fixed. But without my permisson i was charged and extra 50$. The manager was not there the guy talking to me at the counter had no idea what to say. Very disappointed in this company. And i will NEVER bring my car or tell others about this company/or store. Something needs to be done. Thanks. I will be contacing the manager 1st thing in the morning.

  • I brought my off road truck in for service. The exhaust is completely custom so other shops turned me away since it is not a factory setup. Monro fixed the hole in less than 2 hours and even reinforced the bracket so I won't have the same issue again on the trails. Great job, I was very happy with the service/price.

  • I use Monro for all my oil changes because I love the fact that they include services that other places charge extra for -- tire rotation, fluids check, brake check, etc. This month they told me my rear brakes and rotors needed to be replaced.   • Employees there are nice, helpful, and informative! From a female standpoint, they are NOT condescending! When getting an inspection the parts listed needing attention were a lot and added up to a good amount of money. However having said that, my car legitimately needs work, I was given some discounts but it still is a business. So... like at any place just be careful and research priority of parts needing repair and what can legitimately be put off for later. Take employee recommendations, shop around, do your own research them make your own decision that's best for you and your finances. Overall, good experience, will go back to them, and recommend them to friends.

  • I have never left this place with a good feeling. This last time, I schedule an appointment online for 8:00, with a backup appointment time of 8:30. I receive an email confirmation of my 8:00 time slot. My car was in for an oil change and tire rotation. No matter where I take my car, I always mark my tires so I would know if they actually rotated them. Of course, they didn't. Well they rotated the rear ones. When confronted, the guy behind the counter stared blankly at me for a few seconds then tells me "well they other two had an even wear pattern, and we don't normally do hem all". He then acts offended that I called him out. He calms down and asks me if I want them all rotated. So he has them done, reluctantly. Just before handing my keys to me, the guy behind the counter says "next time give me a call to confirm your appointment". I said I received my confirmation and as far as I knew, it was good to go. He said corporate doesn't know his schedule and that they were super busy today. When I dropped my vehicle off that morning there were 4 cars in the lot and one on the lift. When I picked up at 4:30, there were fewer than that. I'm done going to Monroe, I've seen too many of their shops like this. Different location, same experience.
