  • Nothing is perfect in this world, so 4.9999999999999999 stars ;-). I had scheduled an oil change, but due to in-climate weather I was late. They still were able to fit me in and didn't try to up-sell me a "better" product for a simple procedure. They performed a multi-point inspection on my vehicle and laid out what they found in a very simple and understandable language (I'm not a mechanic or play one on TV!). Price/Cost is competitive and in most cases, cheaper than other stores that perform the same services. Friendly atmosphere and treat you like a human and not a money machine. I will be going back for future maintenance, both proactive and reactive.

  • I had a rust spot forming on the flange connecting my catalytic converter to my exhaust. Instead of putting a sleeve and connecting the two parts, the guys at monro gave me a brand new flange for the same price! These guys were great!

  • I took my vehicle in for an oil change. And issues, engine light was on. The first gentleman was nice and friendly. We dropped the car off. I was having issues with my phone. So I did not receive his car right away. My daughter called him on speaker phone. He seemed annoyed that he could not get in contact with me earlier. He stated the truck had left that had the parts. So we would have to wait later today. My daughter and had had plans for the evening. And I asked if we could drop the car off. He was fine with it. But he would still call us when the car was done. He called back at almost 5p. I had somewhere to be at 6pm. I asked him if I could leave my car. He stated I needed to come now and get the car. Which was not what he originally said. So I rush to get there, hopefully to make it to my appointment. A different gentleman was there. He was very friendly and explained issues with the car. And he allowed to keep the car there. I just feel for $490 dollars. You should have a top notch experience. But it wasnt the case.

  • I went in for an oil change and tire rotation and the guys were super nice and helpful by letting me know I would need new brakes and rotors soon. I like the fact they didn't try and sell me a bunch of stuff I didn't need and we talked about price.

  • Went to this store Nate was standing at the counter and refused to service me not once but twice. Phil Derise contacts me about the incident and had a flat demeanor and if he could care less. Did not try to make the situation right not even a coupon for the bad service. So it's obvious this so called general manager promotes this poor customer service. Will not do business because of what happened. I will tell everyone I know so they won't endure this treatment.

  • I have been taking my cars to Monro for years and am astonished by the drop off in service over the past year or so. My last few visits I have told myself not to go back but out of convenience or maybe habit, I end up going back. Today I was charged $99 for an oil change that I normally pay $44 for. During the process I was asked by the "technician" twice if my car took a full synthetic. (Something I think a they should probably know.) My tires were not rotated nor was my air checked. They could not even figure out how to get the oil light reset. The sad thing is, this was one of my better experiences with Monro lately.

  • I suspected that I had a dangerous, slow leak in one of the tires. I contacted Rich Pudlinski @ MONRO, who told me to bring the car there when I could. Marco Zinko checked me in and advised the time for pickup. A nail was found in the tire, and they patched the tire. It is fine now, I thought the service and treatment was terrific from these people.

  • Felt the person that worked with me was very pushy. Didn't do tire rotation due to something wrong with the car. There is nothing wrong, I felt this was just a excuse to not do that due to laziness and/or to get me to pay more. I specifically went to Monroe to get a oil change and tire rotation, since the rotation didn't happen I felt I way overpaid

  • 3 with 4th tire free is a joke because you say fourth is free but still charging so much for tires that it is like it should of been before the sale. then you say 9.99 oil but reality still 19.99 cause you pay with cash? you look for suckers when you should be looking for quality customers that repeat not repeal to get the suckers that get upset there is only a rip off waiting or scam waiting to happen. Doesn't look good for customer service, as a salesman and was part owner of three companies see that. Wasting people time sometimes just say never again and don't bother no matter what. Show me quality. That consult was worth a lot more than 500, maybe 100000-1,000,000 to make your company better. But I am trying to make America great, are you? (HEADLINE FINISH-Dare you to be great like Malcom Baldridge award)

  • Took my car in for an oil change and was also worried I'd need an alignment. Turned out my front rim was bent really bad. I happened to have a spare tire and rim at home. Service tech called me for an update, and waited while I brought new rim up, changed and rotated all the tires without any extra hassle. Very friendly. Didn't over charge or provide unnecessary services. The guys are genuinely helpful, and always take my coupons!

  • I took my car in for service, and the guys at Monro really took care of my car in a timely, professional manner. They always explain any repairs that are needed. They didn't just tell me what work needed done and the price, they brought me to my car and broke it down for me.
