  • I went for an oil change and tire rotation. I have a purple don in one of my tires to make sure they get rotated and they were not even though my invoice says they were. I took the counter person P. Snyder and showed him the dot and he looked at the tires and apologized. The Tech was R Clubbs How can I trust the oil or the filter we’re changed either. I can’t the trust is breached. It cost me 20 bucks to find out store 408 is untrustworthy. I got off cheap. I will never go there again. They will never get to hurt my vehicle. They will never get to lie to me again. Merry Christmas!

  • I had my oil changed on my truck. There was also a rattling noise underneath the truck, that I mentioned. They found a loose clamp and fixed the issue at no extra charge. I only gave a 4-star rating because the first person (not the manager) who registered me when I arrived, was not friendly at all. He did not seem to care that I was even there. The manager handled the remainder of the transaction, and was much friendlier. He also helped me get a discount through the DRIVE card program.'' I suggest that anyone allowed to interact with customers be trained in customer etiquette.

  • I set an appointment for a 1PM oil change. Dropped the car off and was told it would be ready in 45 minutes. I came back and waited another 30 minutes for my car. I didn't appreciate that not only was I forced to wait, there was no apology at checkout for my wait.

  • I troubleshot down to the voltage regulator but they would only replace the whole alternator. I had to have them do it since I have chronic back pain problems. They did do all the work quickly. They changed my oil as I asked. I asked for them to look again at the vibrating exhaust system (this has been going on since I had the exhaust system installed by them and has been worked on several times but still rubs and vibrates, noisy) I was told the warranty ran out so there wasn't much they could do. I feel the warranty should have been extended everytime they worked on it and did not repair it.
