  • The tires were installed without any problems; however after the front end alignment the steering wheel was crooked. After mentioning to the store manager, he told me his alignment rack was out of adjustment, and he had contacted Hunter to get it repaired. Only complaint was that it took three weeks to get it corrected; which when done was very satisfactory.

  • Had my vehicle for 5 days for an oil change and an alignment...picked vehicle up and the alignment was still not corrected and the air bag light was on...broken promises and very poor communication combined with excuses for old malfunctioning equipment. Bottom line...believe all the other reviews as well.

  • They were able to book an appointment on short notice for an alignment. They did a good job and didn't try to sell me a bunch of extra repairs. My only issue and what knocked two stars down is that they didn't accept the $20 off coupon from the website and told me that the walk in price was the coupon price. I normally go to a competitor down the road and the everyday o price is 5 dollars cheaper for a one year alignment than their "coupon" price for a one time alignment.

  • Took my 07 Camry for break work. Did replace entire brake system on all four wheels as suggested by monro and not a great deal on the service and parts either. Instead, had to visit them thrice after the break work was done. First, there was noise coming from the brake. Second, braking experience became same as with my old brakes. They did it again. Hope it lasts long and I need to visit the store again and spend hours. Good to mention, Store manager is good and explained the problem well.

  • I've been to several places for service since transferring to Wright Part afb and overall the service was deplorable then getting gas the other day I walked into monro just to see and what I found was shockingly wonderful not only did the office smell good but it was very clean the gentleman (matthew) who was there was just great now mind you I just came in to see what you all had to offer , he asked how I was and if there was anything he could do. After about a half hour of questioning him I felt very confident with his responses and knowledge he also gave me a tour where I met one of his workers who too was very polite and respectful I must say even though I didn't even bring my car in for service I got the "red carpet" treatment. Most people hesitate to take their car to get service but I am looking forward to my next one because it will be at monro. Thank you matthew and Mike for the red carpet.

  • I came in for an oil change (on special for $29.95), the sales personnel were very knowledgeable and professional and gave me a very thorough review of all of the issues with my vehicle. I can't recommend this location for speedy oil changes, as it took them almost 3 hours to do mine, but I would trust them with almost any major repair

  • Staff were unfriendly and rude. I came for a conventional oil change that was suppose to provide a 4 tire rotation for free, battery check, brake inspection and a courtesy inspection. My tires were not rotated and I was not told anything about my car from the inspection which leads me to believe it wasn't done. I will not be returning as a repeat customer.
