  • Joshua Gray is the Man! He fixed my problem. I had had work done on my vehicle at another Monro Muffler location. It was SO messed up that even I could see it. Josh made good on the Monro Muffler warrantee of 50,000 mile or 60 months. He replaced the parts that had been mangled or destroyed by the misguided efforts of the tech at that OTHER Monro Muffler facility. He charged me appropriately for the new repairs that were required. And he just did such an excellent job! He showed me what it looked like, when he finished. And it was beautiful. He does great work. And he really cares about his customers. God bless Joshua Gray.

  • Had my tire looked at because I knew it was leaking and either needed patched or replaced. Waited over two hours and was ready to leave because my toddler son was growing impatient. At that time they took my car back and got it done in a timely manner and I did not get charged. I am very grateful and they were very pleasant people. The wait paid off. I would go back again. I would also refer customers to Monro as this wait is not usually typical and I have been there before with fast and excellent service.

  • I took my vehicle in because of the TPS sensor showing low tire pressure. They inspected all four tires and filled them up at no charge. They were unable to find the source of the leak and told me to come back if it occurred again. A few days later the sensor alerted again. This time I was able to determine which tire was the cause. They took the vehicle in, found the issue and plugged the tire for less than $12. The staff was very professional, clean and courteous. I'll definitely take my car back.

  • I am thankful for the service provided when it comes to my oil change. I am highly dissatisfied that I was told my van need another $1500 in parts and labor that it does not. I have taken my van to a second garage for a second opinion and was told the only thing my van needs is brakes. My struts and shocks are just fine. I understand that I am a woman but that does not mean I am going to be taken advantage of.

  • My son was left without a vehicle for 43 days because of incompetent mechanics and/or defective aftermarket parts!!! On top of that... manager and assistant manager repeatedly lied to saying it was turned in to their insurance company since they couldnt fix what they screwed up. The car sat for 3 weeks and THEY HAD NOT EVEN MADE AN INSURANCE CLAIM!!!!! Couldn’t even get call backs when we would call to inquire the status. Filed a small claims case to get action! Mad as Hell MOM!!!!!

  • I am unfortunately not the most cautious driver in the world. I put my car through a lot, and Monro is always able to put it back together. Whenever I call, I’m greeted by a friendly voice who always answers my questions no matter how obvious they are. I’m always able to get in fast, and out even faster.   • Muffler had lifetime warranty, went bad, made appt to have it changed. When I got there, they looked at muffler and said they didn't stock it, would be another 4 or so days to get it in. They knew what kind it was prior to service date. Were not pleasant at all to deal with. Will go to Monro again, but never this one.

  • Great experience with checking brakes for replacement. Had the brake pads replaced by another service provider in town in November and just didn't feel they were right. Squeeked and pulsed. Monro got me in right away and inspected and found rotors need replaced. Great service, great product and excellent braking power!!

  • The guys were friendly, however I took my kids with me to wait, and a shop employee was watching the Jerry Springer show, very inappropriate for a 9 year old to watch. I also paid 55 dollars and got an oil change for an extra charge to determine what was going on with my brakes and back end and when the vehicle was fixed the issue they told us was wrong, was not the problem. So the 55 I spent on the inspection was a waste of money.

  • I arrived for my 8am appointment about five minutes early and my car was taken right in. The two gentlemen seemed to spend more time talking to one another than working. One man came in, stood at the counter for around ten minutes, and after not seeing any employees, left. I had a coupon for an oil change and tire rotation. The tires were never rotated and my oil change wasn't done until 9:20am. I won't be returning to this location.

  • I was quoted a price of $24.95 over the phone. Ended up being charged $27.89 plus $3.29 shop fees and $2.10 taxes, taking it to a total of $33.28. It took them an hour and 20 minutes for an oil change and tire rotation. Two other people inside had been there for nearly 2 hours waiting for their vehicles. They didn't seem to know how to enter warranty repairs on some tires the guy had purchased there in February.

They didn't have one in Stock, but they told me where one was at then got the tire brought there for me so I could get to work the next day.   • I walked in there expecting just to have my brake pads fixed, they informed me they weren't bad at all and asked me what the problem was. I explain to them that my car was vibrating when I stopped, they said that it would be my rotors. I walked out there with quite a higher bill than expected but was happy that they gave me the honest answer that my pads were just fine.   • Went for simple oil change at the Lancaster, Ohio location on Memorial Drive… After driving the 20 something miles home, realize they had not reset the sensors for the air pressure levels in tires after rotating them. Definitely unsafe for myself our anybody in my family as drivers had this not been caught/realized as we would be filling the wrong amount of air in the wrong tires. Took back to have them reset. Was told give me the keys it will be a while. Got car back, drove The 20 something miles home again… Only to realize they never screwed back on the front right tire Plastic valve stem cap. Nope, will not recommend this place and will not return again myself.

  • I have always had excellent service in a fast, friendly environment. My last visit made me wonder if I would ever return. I went in with one gentleman leaving. They got my car on the rack as always. Another customer walked in and they got working on her car as well. Next thing a woman brought her van in that she just purchased and said that she had just had her oil changed their and it is leaking oil and not running right. Come to find out that this young ladie with her mom and 5 kids just purchased this van for $1200 as a buy as is. Both employees dropped what they were doing on my car and the other customers for over an hour so they could determine what was wrong with the melon this lady had just purchased. Not a sorry about your wait or anything. I would have thought the ladie with the melon should have been told that they would get to her car once they had finished up with the customers ahead of her. I usually stop in on a Saturday or Sunday morning but I was driving between appointments and noticed they would get me in and out. BOY WAS I WRONG.

  • Had a major problem with my 2006 Corolla. The straps holding up the gas tank had broken and the tank was being held up by only the heat shield and the exhaust pipe! I was warned that it was unsafe to drive home until parts could be ordered and installed. Since I had no way of getting home, the manager arranged for one of the techs to give me a ride home! Parts were ordered, installed, and all is well.

  • I scheduled a 2 o'clock appointment last Saturday to have my brake pads and rotors replaced and also have my oil changed. When I called to schedule the appointment they gave me a price for the pads and rotors to be replaced. My two kids were with me and he did not have a ride to leave while my car was being worked on. We decided to walk around town while we waited. I decided after two hours to call and check on the status of my car. I was told they were almost completed with the estimate. They called me back about five minutes later to tell me that my rear caliper was sticking and the pads and rotors needed to be replaced. At this point they quoted me a price of $615. I was obviously frustrated after walking around town with two kids for two hours and nothing had actually been done yet. I told them to forget it because I have plans the rest of my Saturday. Instead of your company doing what I asked when I dropped off the car and making $350 instead they made $25 from the oil change that was completed After 2 hours! I understand they were busy that day. However if you cannot do the work, please don't schedule the appointment and waste my time.

  • Normally things are fine, a little slow, but this time was different. I always go because the oil changes are affordable. I was not happy because the sign said $19.99 oil change. When I went back to pay it ended up being almost $30 because of tax and some sort of "hidden fees" that were not expected. I have done the same oil change multiple times and all of a sudden it's $10 more. I let the man know we would not be returning because he refused to make things right. Not the place that I'll be taking my multiple vehicles to.
