  • Jeremy at Monro in Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio is a stand up guy. I had to change my appointment at least three times due to the weather, and he was helpful and kind every time. I'd mentioned on the phone that I wanted him to check my antifreeze when I came in, and when I got there he mentioned that he'd be doing that for me, in addition to the oil change. He apologized multiple times for my wait (nothing unreasonable considering they were crowded).

  • On 08/13/2017 I took my 2002 Jeep Wrangler to the store I have used for my repairs for almost 2 decades. For the most part I have gotten good service during this time or I would not have taken it back. I have had to take my vehicle back every weekend since 08/13/2017 and I now have to take it back again on 09/10/2017 due to the fact it still isn't right. The engine lite took four time to keep it off (for now). My brakes still don't feel right and now my emergency brake doesn't work at all which it did before this all started. I spent $596.03 to have my vehicle repaired and have been with out a vehicle every Sunday for a month, and now next Sunday as well. The people at the store are very nice and I don't usually fill out thing like this however I feel very unsatisfied with this experience.

  • To start the manager had her three year old child there in which she left him in the parking lot and then back inside with a huge rock in which he was throwing it at the glass. Very awkward. All the employees were cursing and Carrying on in tbe bay. The person giving me an oil change did not know where to find my oil filter. After about 20min i Googled it and found out where it was. Hopefully he changed it. I am worried by there professionalism if the job was done right. Definitely not a good experience at all and i hope this review gets into the right hands

  • Made an appointment for 11am and my car was attended at 11am. The staff were curious and efficient. They finished the job in 35 minutes start to finish. I appreciate the efficient way they did the work, unlike the one up the road. I will definitely be back to THIS unit in the future.

  • I would recommend staying a hundred miles away from this place called made an appointment to get my oil changed they lost my appointment did not do half of what they said they were going to do couldn't figure out how to reset my oil change sensor then tried to sell me a TPS monitor I didn't need said they rotated my tires they didn't they lied take my advice stay a hundred miles away get your car repaired someplace else with your hard-earned money I called the customer service number to complain they said somebody would call me back the next day that was 5 days ago still haven't heard nothing probably never will

  • I made an appt to have an oil change--I didn't just walk in because I have a 1.5 year old who would be with me. I've gone here several times and have had no problem. Usually in and out within a half hr. The last time I went it took them 1 hr 45 min. I had to ask how long it was going to be and the girl said, "Oh, they forgot you." They told me I needed an air filter. Part of that was my fault bc I didn't ask a price. They charged me $60 for an air filter. I was really upset when I left partly because once I find places I like, I keep going to them. Really sad because I'm probably going to find a new place to get my oil changed.

  • I was in need of emergent assistance with my electrical system of my car at 4:00 in a Saturday afternoon. I showed up because Monroe was open. The staff were helpful and kind. They were able to temporarily solve the problem until the part came in. I was very thankful.

  • I have used Monro for several years for regular maintenance. They have always been very thorough and fair. When I was visiting my sister recently I began to have problems with my car. I thought I might need new tires but found out that my front brake pads, rotors, and calipers were shot after 13 years of use. The employees took me somewhere to pick up some dinner then dropped me off at a game store nearby to wait. I was pleasantly surprised when they stayed well past closing to make sure my car was fixed instead of closing at the regular time and finishing the next day. They went above and beyond what other companies do and I will continue to be a loyal customer

  • The Cuyahoga Falls location is stellar....great service and they always get it done right. I have been to other Monroe Mufflers and am always dissatisfied but not at the one on Main St in Akron/Cuyahoga Falls. My last service was an oil change and I am more than pleased!!!
