  • Took my car here for abs light on and engine light asked for a diagnostic and a tune up.... let me start by sayings The most rude and obnoxious people working the counter ! Supposedly did diagnostic ... i need 1000.00 with of work when i picked my car up it was worse then it was when i dropped it off ..... had to pay dodge 700.00 2 weeks later to fix what they supposedly fix oh and did it mention i almost paid for a tune up I didn’t get ....i paid and as i was leaving i said and he did the tune up right “ oh no he forgot” if i didn’t mention it i would have paid for a tune up i didn’t get also i never heard of an 8 minute tune up because that’s what it literally took him to supposedly do it .... i have now been calling corporate for 2 weeks still keep getting told I’m going to get a call back .... think going to court for a refund is going to be my only option..!!!!!! Very unprofessional

Not Monro in Wappingers Falls! The staff were very friendly and took their time to explain what necessary services I needed. They offered affordable prices and told me which services I can hold off on until I can afford it. Whenever I need work to be done on my car, I only go to Monro in Wappingers Falls because I know I will receive high quality and affordable services there!

  • I paid for an oil change and a tire rotation and this is the third time at this location they did not rotate my tires after it was on the final invoice and I was told that they did and then afterwords they gave me a B. S. Excuse on why they didn’t do it. Thinking it’s common practice not to rotate tires it’s happened to me and others that I know at this location

  • Worst service ever. It over one hr and 45 min to do a complete oil change. While completing the transaction, Dan the counter person said. Have you ever had a tune up done on the car? I said well my mechanic takes care of it. His response is why doesn't your mechanic do your oil changes. It was a total turn off. Dan has poor customer service, and this needs to be addressed. I'm so sorry, but that location in Wappingers Falls Route 9 just lost a customer. Will drive out of my way to go to another Monro place. Horrible experience

  • Once again, I had a fabulous experience getting an oil change. Being a woman and driving a high-mileage, older car, I used to dread taking my car for in for an oil change because most places would either treat me like an idiot (trying to sell me a replacement for an air filter that only has typical wear) or try to upsell me on unneeded services. Not at Monroe. I am always treated with respect and I always feel valued as a customer. I cannot overstate how impressive this is. I tell everyone I know that they should go to Monroe.

  • Jason who is the manager is always helpful and accommodating. I called to get in on March 16th after the big snow storm; car was shaking and seemed output of balance plus needed oil to be changed as it was due. He told me what time to bring in that day and will accommodate and also met the regional manager Frank as Jason had an emergency to attend to and had to leave. He assured me I was in good hands and I was; they immediately assessed the situation not totally surprised as brakes needed to be done he worked up pricing and assured me they had everything they needed to get the job done that day! They are always upfront and honest and Monroe's warranties and their knowledge of My vehicle is spot on. Frank and Jason both are good at what they do and Frank even showed a part that needed to be replaced after I showed up to pick up vehicle and showed and explained why it needed replacing! A lot of places don't do that- Frank, Jason and the wappingers falls staff does the right thing and looks the most cost efficient way from a long term perspective to make sure my vehicle and myself get the service needed to keep running! Thank you to everyone at this location for being straight forward and honest. I have been relying on Jason and his knowledge for some time now.
