  • installed an exhaust, the tech identified severe problems right away. took his time, was very methodical , but started from the front and worked all the way to the back. He did some custom bends , and welded everything together. Sounds great!! Was expensive , there were 5 hours of labor involved.

  • I had to have everything below the cat/manafold replaced and a couple o2 sensors. Josh and Matt were very helpful with pricing and working with me to resolve the problems and locating the best price and parts. Darrin was the gentleman that installed the parts. I watched him work through the window and appreciated the way he was thorough. He was also very polite and knowledgeable when answering my questions. The car is nearly running like new and it is 12 years old.

  • Very slow work. 3 hrs to do 4 tire swap and oil change. Car was backed out of garage on nearly a flat tire after install. Put air in. Drove 2 miles to find it was installed and had a major leak near side wall. Now I know why they were huddled up staring at it before backing it out.

  • I went in for a routine service at 730am and had to wait 2.5 hours for the inspector to show up and then had to wait 2 hours to be told what they found wrong. I could see the techs talking and not looking at the vehicle. The asst manager was the most helpful and gave great service.

  • Made an appointment for a inspection,there was no one there and the mechanic(or so called) walked back and forth so many times that I was like " What are you doing?My car is over there.Took him forever!!! They found that one of my blinker bulbs were out and charged me $15!!For a $2 bulb!Then they hooked it up to the computer and couldn't figure out why it wasn't commuticating .It took 2 guys to inspect it and After over 1 hour I had to get out of there WITHOUT MY CAR INSPECTED.Unbelievable.This has been just another day at this place.Slow,no enthusiasm by anyone there at all.

  • Had an appointment for 230 for a state inspection. When I arrived, I was told that their inspector was out sick. You would think I would've gotten a call telling me this. I rescheduled for the following week at 330. When I arrived for rhe appointment. The manager told me that the inspector just went on his lunch break. With a confirmed appointment you would think the management would schedule the lunch at another time or call me and delay the appointment for an hour or 2. Very POOR customer service.

  • Scheduled an appointment for noon. It took them just over three and a half hours to put my winter tires on to my car. Don't waste your time here. Go somewhere else.

  • I brought my vehicle in for rear brakes and rotors, as well as alignment. I was surprised to find out the brake pads are lifetime free replacement, which was great. I also notice an uptick in my gas mileage after the alignment. The service was professional, and straightforward, Josh and Eddie took good care of my vehicle, and I will definitely be bringing it back for future service.

  • Came to monro because I failed inspection at a car dealer. I was told by the dealer I needed $1000 worth of work to pass. Monro checked and saw I only needed ~$300 worth and had me on the road in no time. I appreciate the integrity so much, especially being strapped for cash. Thank you.

  • They had to put on 4 new tires, which meant taking off the old ones, balancing the new ones and removing the spare, take that tire off, since it had nail holes in it and putting the regular spare tire back, which had been placed on the right rear tire. So, a lot of work to do to get it all accomplished. The new tires are a BIG improvement over the originals, which had 40,000 miles on them.....quieter and smoother ride, better handling and corners well. Good job!
