  • I would say that the oil change was good although it took a long time to complete the 14? point check that I WAS NOT INFORMED about until I asked what was taking so long. I had to pass on my free tire rotation due to how long it took to check the other things, I thought that i was getting an oil change and free tire rotation that was advertised on the sign outside the store.

  • I first visited Monro a few years ago. Their customer facing employees are always pleasant and knowledgeable. They offer a transportation service where they will drive you to a desired location while your vehicle is being serviced. The cost of parts is as expected for any auto shop, and labor is very fair; lower than most others I've had work done at. I always recommend Monro to friends and family.

  • The appointment and service was great until cashing out, Payment was processed but then computer froze up and when manager Marcus Hoefactor called he was told to restart this computer and have me run my card again. Fine it happen all was good, so I thought, When I checked my bank account I found I was charged twice, I went back to store on Tuesday, Marcus called Corporation and they said I would be refunded and of today, 09/07/2017 I still have not been refunded. My appointment was 09/04/2017 and I notified them on 09/04/2017. That is what has now caused a two stars and the first impression is not favorable

  • I initially tried to schedule an appointment to have my engine looked at cause it was shutting off while stopped at stop lights or if I wasn't giving it gas. I was told by Jake to bring the car in on Sunday at 9 am and they would look at it either that day or Monday and I would expect a call on one of those days. I heard nothing from them and I finally called them on Wednesday for an update and all they had done was run the codes on my engine. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and continued to wait. On Saturday, almost an entire week of having my car, they told me that they still had hardly looked at it and had no idea what's going on. So I promptly retrieved my still broken car to take it to a more committed mechanic. I did not receive one phone call from an employee with any update on my car through this process, short of the return phone call on Wednesday. I will never let this store touch my car again and have moved my business elswere. The worst part is no one apologized for my terrible customer service or the inconvenience I endured because my business was not worth their time or commitment.

  • My oil change went off without a hitch, as did my tire rotation. However it took a while, over an hour, despite never being told it would take so long. In the middle of the oil change, a Monro employee walked in and told me the results of a general, multi point inspection. The employee had my oil pan plug in his hand, he said "The last shop you got your oil changed at overtightened this plug." The last shop that changed my oil WAS Monro, as always, so that was disheartening. When the oil change was complete, I drove home. Upon inspecting my tires, I noticed that the hubcaps were removed and then put on without reference to the tire nozzles, meaning I could not add air to my tires again. This oversight on all four tires should not have occurred.

  • Your oil changes are advertised at one price and I ended up paying more! I told the person I forgot my post card I received in the mail and was told I had to pay the higher price. He said he had to charge me because they did a inspection on the entire car, which I never authorized. In addition they told me I had numerous problems with my car which was surprising to me as I just put new tires on my car and that store said my car was ok! I guess I will need to find a more honest store!

  • The repair on my car was done last minute - my car stalled in the road by Monro. A police officer and couple of the mechanics pushed my car into the parking lot. Even though they were booked solid, Monro fixed my car the same day.
