  • On the 13th of July I took my vehicle into your Wilbraham, MA location for a 4 wheel tire balance. The estimate # 229583, invoice number 156954. The car was left all day. When I returned to pick it up the car appeared to not have been moved which I noticed because of odd way I parked it. But didn't pay much attention. The following day I took a trip with average speed 65-70 mph and it was clear NO balancing was done. The following day I had to take the back to your store and the technician balanced all 4 wheels which ALL were out of balance. I have been a loyal customer of that location or several years and in most of not all cases had good service. Sorry to have to report this but I didn't appreciate my time having to spend getting this problem corrected.

  • I wasn't very happy with the turn out of the service I received but they didn't check everything and couldn't weld a pipe that they didn't do the correct way the first time. I still go there I believe everyone deserves a second chance ,that's why I am there every 3000. miles I still cant get over the turnaround in the staff every time I go there you have all new staff that's another reason why I don't get a lot of work done there. sorry just being honest.

  • Had maintenance and repair work done on my car at Monro in Wilbraham . Got an estimate first, let them know my financial limit. They worked with me, and work was done within the estimates, and even better with use of coupons. This is why I have continued to use this service over the years. Staff are honest and do good work.
