  • Fast and courteous service, but won't fill up the windsheild wiper reservoire on an oil change. The attendant appologized, though, and said they will be providing the service soon. I'm glad I asked, so that I could go to the auto parts store and get my own jug of wiper fluid. It really sucks to run out, especially when it happens while on the highway driving into the sun.

  • Take both of my cars there. Guys know me and work very hard to make you a repeat customer. Had to get snow tires put on at the last minute. Tom explained that they were very busy but advised me to show up early and they would fit me in. They work very hard to earn your business and if they mess up they admit it and work hard to fix the mistake. I really appreciate the honesty.

They did not try to oversell unnecessary things to me and even told me I did not actually need tires when it would have been easy to try to take advantage of me. I will definitely be back! I waited for my service to be complete and enjoyed the free wi-fi and location being so close to Dunkin Donuts.

  • Brought my car in for a break inspection after hearing and feeling a slight grind on the back tires. The staff was professional and courteous, helped locate a past Invoice from work I had done at another location two years ago. Estimate on time and prices was accurate - both were actually under. Also helped clear the electronic history that was impeding my TPMS from working correctly.

  • same jobb 1 year ago on left rear wheel caliper replacement the right rear wheel was $200.00 more for the exact same parts and labor.! when asked about the large price difference i was told that,s the price the computer shows and all i do is punch in the info. i say this isnt right! tom states thtsthe price but hell remve the fliid flush which i didnt need. (done 15 months ago) job still cost me over $100.00 higher than the previous left wheel. i am angry hat he would not accept my $20 foff service coupon from my bill! at the minimum the coupon should be accepted!!! 1 star rating is too high!!!!

  • I had a brake problem with one of my commercial trucks and can't work without it, I drove my truck in and withing 10 minutes I had an estimate and the work started. 3 hours later my truck was done and we went back to work. The Waltham MA Lexington St. location is awesome.

  • I went in because my brakes were skipping when I came to a complete stop. I thought it might be warped rotors. Not only was I shown exactly what was going on with my rotors and pads, I also learned something new about cleaning out the salt and sand to make the brakes more effective. I wasn't oversold (the front pads and rotors were replaced but the back brakes were cleaned only) and the detailed, thorough explanation made me feel confident and more educated. Friendly, quick service! I will keep going back for all my car needs!

  • I had a blowout on a jammed I-84 in Danbury, CT. Thanks to 2 wonderful cops, I was able to safely change to the spare and drive to your shop on 41 Lake Ave (#160). Ron was the supervisor and I explained I was trying to get to a retirement ceremony of a dear friend. He had a replacement tire, got it changed and put me back on the road safely in less than an hour. His and his technician's attitude, professionalism and total commitment to customer care were superb. I am in a customer service profession and am so appreciative of and grateful for what Ron and his tech (R. Milliman) did for me.

  • Charles at Monro in Quincy is wonderful to work with and I will definitely be back next time I need brake work done. He took the time to explain what was happening with my brakes, even took the brake pad off my car and put it next to a brand new pad so I could see the difference. He brought me out to my car, and got under it with a flashlight to show me exactly what was happening with my rotors as well. He gave me a quote and then gave me time to call my brother-in-law to make sure the quote was a fair price. It took just about an hour to fix. Overall I was extremely happy with the price, customer service (friendly and knowledgeable staff) and repairs done on my Jeep. I will definitely be back and will highly recommend Charles and his team to anyone I know needing brake work done. Thank you!
