  • wanted 10/30 weight finished car and was told they put in 10/20 car was brought back in observed employee with plastic jug filled with oil I told him I didn't want reconditioned oil in my car. I wanted oil from the fresh quarts He then told me he didn't have 10/30 We went in back to look why wasn't I told this at first where did he get my original oil from He finally did get fresh quarts and put them in

They were honest with me and were able to tighten my battery terminal without me needing to purchase a new one, and offered additional minor service to help my car run better.   • I have been to the w main st location twice because it’s right next to my house , that being said , I would rather make a longer trip for a more proffectional experience ! My first time I went in for a simple oil change .. my oil leaked everywhere I parked went na k the next day ... to find out they didn’t tighten but tight enough on oil pan ! Second time was last week 11-09-17 .. this time they put too much oil in it was way over the F line ... ... I’m done , that was enough for me , it’s a simple oil change ! And the liscence # on my invoice was wrong !

  • I decided to try out this location due to the fact that my normal location was booked with appointments. I brought my car there 10 minutes before my actual appointment at 5 o'clock. I left exactly at five to run some errands and when I came back at 5:45 my car was still sitting in the same spot untouched while another mechanic worked on his own vehicle. The three workers were doing more socializing been working. The customer service was horrible. To make matters worse they didn't even fully service my car leaving out break inspection and tire rotations with my oil change. I will never come back to this location ever again. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

  • I brought my car in for an oil change and was asked numerous times if I wanted other things done. I declined and requested that just the oil change be completed. After about an hour or so, my car was done. I had a coup one for $19.99, but with tax and surcharges the total came to $27. I paid and left. Later that night while driving, I hear what sounds like a jack hammer construction site...well it was my car. The oil light began blinking and the car was shaking every time I pushed on the brake pedal. I looked up the store to see if they were open to bring my car back, but it was 8pm and they were closed. I brought my car the very next morning to be told that the manager would redo my oil change and see what was wrong. An hour later, I'm told that the oil filter had split in half and that's what caused the oil light and shaking to occur. I was given half off my next oil change but I am unsure if I will be returning.

Drew was very honest and told me I only needed one tire and did not try to sell me something I didn't need. He explained to me about the measurements they used to determine the tread on the tires. He also said he would honor the competitor's coupon that I had. I trust this establishment.

  • Took 2 hours to get my oil change. Technician forgot to tighten my passenger front and rear wheels (that could of been deadly). He realised when he was taking it off the ramp and had to use a manual torque rench to tighten them. And also my oil drain plug was not tightened all the way i woke up the next day to oil on the ground. I had to go under the car and tighten it myself.

  • They shold be exactly what was wrong and I was able to see exactly for my self . They did not try to get to me to extra unneeded repairs. THE only issue was they never called me after the repair was done. I called them after 5 hours of waiting. (It should have only taken 2 hours) but they did apologize for not calling.   • I know this shop has been through some sketchy management in the past (I live just around the corner). I even encountered a prior manager who did not really care about the customers, the long waits, etc. But since Drew has taken over the shop it is 1000x better. He is a caring mechanic who will do everything he can for whoever came sin. The team he has is excellent as well. The work they did to my car has made my 12 yr old SUV running like I just bought it!!! Great work West Main Street Monro!!!

  • Pros...Munro really saves us on auto repairs. Drew Hall the manager has been honest and fair in his quotes. There has been repairs the dealer said we needed. When Drew and his staff inspected our vehicle they informed us the suggested over priced repairs were not necessary. However, they did recommend a much more inexpensive solution to our issue that took care of the problem. They have really lived up to their claim of "Monro can save you 50% over the dealer service department on automotive services." Cons: I would suggest only speaking to the Manager Drew Hall for estimates.

  • I scheduled an early morning appointment for an oil change, to my fault I slept through that appointment but when I called the manager he fit me in again that same day for 5:00pm.   • After I was given an outrageous quote for a simple fix I told them to give me back my car but then like nothing they dropped the price by 40% like nothing so if I wouldn't complaint the would of ripped me off. Then I had to wait for it ver two hours just to get a gasket installed. When I asked why is talking so long they told me it will be done soon and still waited for an hour. I saw the mechanic smoking while changing the oil for another customer.

  • I went in for my normal oil change on a snowy day. I mentioned I wanted to get an alignment as well but was worried about the time. I was told about a hour for both. While waiting my kids school called saying there won't be any after school produe to the weather. I went and explained to the manger I may have to just do the oil change because I have to get my kids from school but I'll come back tomorrow. He said no need we'll get it out in time. Threw on his hat and his jacket and went out to help the other guy that was working on my car. I got everything I needed done in time!
