  • I needed new tires for two vehicles and got what I needed at a fair price and quickly. But, I was also the recipient of the dealership's thoughtfulness in providing me with transportation back to my home, and in their conscientiousness when they quickly addressed and repaired an additional concern I brought to their attention after they were "finished" with my vehicle.

  • I had a service issue a few weeks ago and filled out a survey. I was truthful, I did not tear the location apart, I only stated my dissatisfaction. The following day I received a call from a regional manager, he apologized for the issue and invited me back and offered to comp one of the services that I was planning on having done to my car. He was extremely professional and his customer service was spot on. I have been in the hospitality business for over 30 years and I deal with customer issues on a daily basis. I would have handled my situation the exact same way he did. Thanks you

  • I have brought my car to the shop four times and I still don't have working air conditioning. The first time the man told me 6:00 was too late for them to look at it. I brought in a second time at 3:00 and there was another person who also said 3 was too late for them to figure our why. They told me they could put free on it but that probably wouldn't solve the issue and they really should do a full analysis. I told them I want to be sure so I would bring it back. I brought in a third time and thought they analyzed it and paid 200. With in two weeks I had no ac again. I brought it back and they told me they filled it and figured it was fixed but might have a little hole. They told me they were going to put dye and for me to bring it back a fourth time. I brought it back and they told me they put a little more free on and if it didn't work it's probably the compressor. I'm not comfortable with the diagnosis or the service I have received.

  • As I drove down the street after my oil change I could hear a metal clicking on my front driver side. I pulled over and checked the lug nuts with my socket wrench and saw all five lug nuts were barely on. They weren't tightened! If I drove any further my whole wheel would have flown off. Then I checked the passenger side and I was missing a lug nut- they never put it on. I specifically told them not to rotate my tires; I only wanted an oil change. When I drove back to the store the manager said "It wasn't us. You didn't want tires rotated and we didn't." I said yes it was you and my wheel was not lose before and how am I missing a lug nut, which you now found in the work area. They almost caused a major accident and did not take responsibility or apologize.

  • I was disappointed as they put 5w 30,not 10w30, and didn't tell me then when I noticed it on my recpiet I call and was told they didn't have 10w30 in stock, also I brought oil additive with me and requested to have it put in my Jeep and it didn't happen, so in short my Jeep takes 6 quarts and left with 5 quarts of wrong oil.

  • Car was making noise, Munro replaced it. I had a 4PM appt which I was about 10 minutes late for. They took me quickly but it took a full 2 hours......they had problems getting the old one off.

  • I was fine with the service until I went back to pick up my car and at the bottom of the invoice they kept said Hustle Money! When they gave me the quote I thought it was reasonable since others had quoted me near the price range that Monro gave me. Now my tire pressure light has been acting up, but I wont go back because lord knows what they will try to hustle me for.
