results. We send a Thank You email to every customer that has service completed at our stores and provide them with a satisfaction survey to complete. We take your comments seriously and it shows in the results we achieve. Over 35,000 customers who completed the survey gave Monro an 'A' rating.* We collect customer ratings and
customer reviews of services completed in our stores such as oil changes, brakes, wheel
